The company DAWN Automotive Partner s.r.o. was founded in 2017 by Michal Volánek, whose experience in the manufacturing industry dates back to 2008.
The company was founded with the aim of helping to reduce waste and the level of illogicality in process management, relieving excessive complexity during solving relatively simple tasks, and bringing common sense to the approach to problem-solving – pitfalls that Michal has faced throughout his career. This aim is achieved through the personal commitment of our team members on projects for our valued customers. The goal of each project is for the benefit to exceed the investment.
The ultimate vision of the company is to create a production process where it will be proven that “it works”, and here, a first-class selection of training, development and coaching will be provided to our portfolio of customers.
